Our products have been built to conform to Environmental Test methods like JSS55555, and, for EMI/ EMC compliance with MIL-STD-461 C/D/E/F or DO-160 G. We offer Power Supplies that are compliant with MIL-STD-704D as well. Products have been made that can withstand extreme environment conditions as per MIL-STD-810F for use in Defence and Aerospace. We also use reliability prediction for electronic products as outlined in HDBK-217F

In order to realize cutting edge high reliability products, we have a broad range of expert professionals in areas such as in Advance Design Software (ADS by Agilent), and other design & simulation tools. Specialists are also deployed for handling MMIC Die packages, wire bonding processes and product integration. The product testing is supported by test and measurement equipment like signal generators, spectrum analyzers, scalar and vector network analyzers, power meters, noise figure meters, etc.

Some good development practices that are followed stringently are Impedance Matching for RF designs by exporting to CAD from ADS, incorporating other board elements, and, importing back to ADS, for testing RF areas of the product. We also employ time tested heuristics and design practices for Derating, Thermal and Signal Integrity Analysis. Standard in-house design practices and procedures reduce design risk and improve turn-around-time.
