Qualification : MBA- HR/ MSW- HR with 2 to 4 years of experience in Darwinbox, On boarding, Induction & Orientation etc.,
Role Objective
To provide seamless, end-to-end HR administrative support across the employee lifecycle by leveraging the Darwinbox platform.
The executive will be responsible for high-volume transactional tasks, maintaining data integrity, and resolving employee queries within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Key Responsibilities
1. Core HR & Data Management
Employee Lifecycle Management: Execute all transactions in Darwinbox related to onboarding, job changes, transfers, promotions, and offboarding (Separation Management).
Data Integrity: Conduct regular audits of the Darwinbox database to ensure 100% accuracy in employee records, reporting lines, and cost center allocations.
Document Management: Manage the digital document vault within Darwinbox, ensuring all compliance-related documents (contracts, NDAs, education records) are uploaded and verified.
2. Leave & Attendance Administration
Policy Configuration: Support the HRSS Manager in configuring leave policies and holiday calendars within the Darwinbox Time & Attendance module.
Query Resolution: Act as the first point of contact for employees regarding attendance discrepancies, shift mapping, and leave balance adjustments.
3. Payroll & Benefits Support
Input Preparation: Generate monthly payroll input reports from Darwinbox, including new joiner data, LOP (Loss of Pay) details, and variable pay components.
Reimbursements: Review and approve travel and expense claims submitted via the Darwinbox T&E module, ensuring alignment with company policy.
4. Helpdesk & Employee Experience
Ticketing Management: Manage the HR Helpdesk/Service Management module in Darwinbox. Categorize, assign, and resolve tickets related to HR policies and system issues.
Self-Service Adoption: Drive employee and manager adoption of Darwinbox features (ESS/MSS) through training and support.
5. Reporting & Analytics
Standard Reporting: Generate weekly and monthly headcount, attrition, and diversity reports using the Darwinbox Analytics engine.
Ad-hoc Requests: Assist HR Business Partners (HRBPs) with custom data extracts for various organizational audits and planning sessions.
