Job Description

Qualification : MBA- HR/ MSW- HR with 2 to 4 years of experience in Core recruitment, Bulk Hiring, Background verification, Recruitment dashboard metrics etc.,

  • Experience in technical Recruitment and Bulk campus Hiring
  • Background verification Process
  • Recruitment dashboard metrics
  • MIS Preparation
  • MS office & Good Communication Skills. 

Scope of work :

 

  • Handling the complete Recruitment Life-cycle
  • Understanding the hiring requirements of Hiring Managers
  • Preparing HR reports and Analytics, Dashboards
  • Experience in sourcing candidates through various channels like Naukri, Linkedin and other Job portals.
  • Reviewing resumes and screening candidates
  • Scheduling interviews by coordinating with candidates and hiring managers
  • Negotiating job offers and compensation packages with candidates
  • Staying updated about hiring trends and best practices
  • Handling Background verification of New Joiners
  • Pre-onboarding activities
  • Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire)
  • Implement new sourcing methods (e.g. social recruiting and Boolean searches)
  • Recommend ways to improve our employer brand Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs
  • Stay up-to-date on labor legislation and inform recruiters and managers about changes in regulations
  • Participate in job fairs and career events
