We are looking for RF Design Engineers with expertise in RF Design and Development & Knowledge in Power amplifier and Simulation tools & Microwave.
Qualification : BE(ECE)
Work Location : Chennai.
Notice Period : Immediate to 30 Days.
No. of openings : 3
Key Skills: Electronic hardware Design and Testing (RF), Design and Development of ATE for S-Band Radar , harness design.
Key skills:
1). Should have enough experience in RF Circuit, MIC & MMIC
2) Design(Power Amplifier, LNA, Switch, Attenuators, Phase Shifter, Mixer, etc).
3) Should have experience in ADS & HFSS Simulation Tools,
4). Should be familar with the process of GaAs, InGaP, SiGe & GaN fabrication, Packaging.
5). Should have experience in Wafer & Bench Level Testing
