Product Description	DP-CRF-5117 is an indigenously designed 8W X-Band Transmit Receive module, which is a completely environment sealed device and operates in Airborne phased array RADAR applications.This module consists of GaAs bare dies directly mounted on the metal substrate for better electrical and thermal performances. It covers a frequency range of 9GHz to 10GHz and provides a phase shift of 0°C to 360°C with a 6 bit phase shifter and attenuation range of 0dB to 28dB with 5 bit attenuator.
