Qualification: B.E / B.Tech - EEE or ECE with 4-6 yrs of experience in RF System Design

1.To carryout RF based system design in discussion with team members and seniors

2.System design architecture approval by internal review team and customer

3.To assist Project Manager in finalising the project plan and finalising the number of resources as per the plan

4.To derive monthly and weekly plan from the overall project plan

5.To assign activities and monitor/support junior resources to meet the weekly and monthly targets

6.To provide technical support to the juniors and seek technical support from seniors, as required

7.Communicate with various departments (Mechanical design, Board design, RF design, FPGA and software design) as per the organization process to seek design activities as per the project requirement

8.System readiness like wiring and mechanical assembly, as per the design with the support from Production team

9.To plan and execute the RF based system testing in inline with system design parameters

10.To support delivery, complete site installation/integration and handover of the project post delivery

11.To complete necessary documents in discussion with Technical writing team

12.Experience in testing and debugging of EMI/EMC and Environmental test

13.Willing to travel anywhere in India
