REACH

Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals : Data Patterns attempts to ensure a high level of protection of human health and the environment from the risks that can be posed by chemicals. ITAR

International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) is a set of United States government regulations that controls the export and import of defense related articles and services on the United States Munitions List.

Data Patterns accesses all materials only through formal sourcing channels with proper end user licences being obtained wherever applicable.

RoHS

The Restriction of Hazardous Substances Directive 2002/95/EC, RoHS, for Directive on the restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment, was adopted in February 2003 by the European Union.

Data Patterns avoids the use of Hazardous substances such as

  • Lead (Pb)
  • Mercury (Hg)
  • Cadmium (Cd)
  • Hexavalent chromium (Cr6+)
  • Polybrominated biphenyls (PBB)
  • Polybrominated diphenyl ether (PBDE), unless specifically required by the customers' manufacturing process requirement.
