Board Level Manufacturing

Our environment friendly state-of-the manufacturing facility has an extensive array of automated test equipment and test rigs to validate manufactured boards. It has provision for stress screening of manufactured PCB's to eliminate premature failures. The Board manufacturing process includes comprehensive in-process inspection techniques to weed out causes of manufacturing defects prior to their actual occurrence in the production line. The production process is tuned for reliability of manufactured parts as opposed to a high rate of production. The Production engineers are also trained and motivated to ensure quality of the production, rather than high speed production.

SMT (Surface Mount Technology) component placement systems, commonly called pick-and-place machines or P&Ps, are robotic machines which are used to place surface-mount devices (SMDs) onto a printed circuit board (PCB). They are used for high speed, high precision placing of broad range of electronic components, like capacitors, resistors, integrated circuits onto the PCBs which are in turn used in computers, telecommunications equipment, consumer electronic goods, industrial equipment, medical instruments, automotive systems, military systems and aerospace engineering.

The enhanced JUKI user interface allows the creation of a pick and place program in an intuitive way for fast and error free programming. Juki pick and placers are medium-sized machines called "modular-type". These type are characterized by the flexibility of re-arranging the manufacturing line depending on the volume of production.

Wiring and Cable Harnessing

Data Patterns has the facility to build wires and harnesses to system requirements which are used to integrate sub-systems in the system. We have automatic test equipments to validate the cable and harness in the integrated systems.
