The DP-cPCI-4113 is a 12 x 4, 2 pole cPCI Relay Matrix Cards are an ideal selection for ATE applications. The board features 48 differentials cross points or up to 72 points based on the application needs.
DP-cPCI-4113 is ideally suited for low signal switching as they use Ruthenium sputtered reed relays( 2 Form A) which have internal magnetic shield with Mu metal screen which prevents cross talk due to relay coil magnetic fields.
The board allows for connection of external signals to any of 48 points on the facia either separately or in parallel. Moreover the user has an option to write commands on FPGA primarily to confirm selected channels through read back.
Standard features included, Drivers in Windows 2000 or RT Linux and Hot Swappable and this feature allows for test systems to be maintained and software debugged in the greatest possible time thereby reducing system downtime and decreasing development time.
