The DP-cPCI-2601 is a 6 channel function generator provided in 6U cPCI single slot module. It is widely used for qualifying avionics and automotive packages.
The module employs DDS technique in generating stable and accurate waveforms down to 0.01Hz resolution. It supports linear sweep programmable from 10mHz to 5 KHz. Standard waveforms such as Sine, Square, Ramp, Triangle, and Pulse are offered as programmable built-in wave shapes and arbitrary waveform as user defined.
Dual multiplying 14 bit DAC provides waveform and amplitude adjustments. Another 12 bit DAC provides for offset adjustments.
The module supports programmable profiles of various frequencies, amplitude and cycles in response to user defined time internal and external triggers. The module provides an external TTL trigger to synchronize with other test instruments. It also responds to external TTL trigger for programmable outputs.
Channel to channel isolation, filters to avoid quantization errors and on-board calibration through EEPROM are the other key features.
The module is supplied with drivers in Windows 2000 and RT Linux.
