The DP-MM-1123 is a modular strain gauge signal conditioner offering up to 3 channels in M module format. Depending upon the M module carrier, it can offer up to 12 / 6 channels in a single slot. This module can also be used for load cells and pressure sensors data acquisition.
This high precision signal conditioner programmable for ¼, ½, and full-bridge sensors with lead compensation acquires the input through 24 bit ADC differential inputs being up to 5V. The board is designed to achieve 1 microvolt accuracy.
The DP-MM-1123 also offers built in programmable excitation capabilities to set any selected fixed voltage levels from 0.5 V to 8 Volts. Software programmable shunt and calibration circuitry is provided to improve the accuracy of measurements by eliminating gain and offset errors.
The hardware is generally accompanied with user friendly software selections allowing configurations like input voltage range, bridge selection, shunt calibration, sampling and bridge completion etc.
This module is over voltage protected.
