The DP-IP-5316 is an 8 channel AC/DC Sensing and Counter IP Module. It is widely used in synchro signal sensing, sensor interface in ships and checkout applications. It features 28V DC / 110V AC rms, 400 Hz input sensing by jumper selection. LED indication is provided for each channel on the module.
The module also features two 16 bit counters with a resolution of 1 second ranging from 2µs to 6ms to generate software interrupts.
Self test is provided within FPGA. Software reset is provided to bring the board to power on state.
The module occupies a single IP slot on any standard IP carrier. The IP carriers are available on cPCI, VME, VXI, PCI, ISA, PC-104, etc enabling IP modules to be used in any of the systems.
The module is supplied with device drivers in Windows 2000 and HA Linux.
